«Seven» is not only the name of the restaurant. The number also plays an important role in the group’s overall gastronomy concept. Number seven pops up everywhere.
The name «Seven» is derived from the seven members of the Breuer family. The ambitious project was initiated by Birgit and Stefan Breuer and seen through with great love of detail.
At the same time, the name pays homage to the past: 60 years ago, where the Ristorante now stands was the scene of music, dancing and partying. And it was here, in the former «Lago Bar» , that Stefan and Birgit met.
The imprints of hands and feet cast in stone which greet guests at the entrance to Ristorante Seven are evidence of the solidarity of the Breuer family and its strong bond with this location.
