1. Quality
Seven places priority on the quality and origin of all raw materials used.

2. Ordering
In general, an order placed by the purchaser will be confirmed within 24 hours (except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). The customer has the option to either alter or cancel the order until receipt of confirmation. Within the same period, we may also inform the customer that we are unable to deliver the items ordered. Please note on ordering that fresh produce in particular can not be sent but must be collected or delivered by our courier. In Switzerland the purchase of alcoholic products by persons under the age of 18 years is prohibited. If you purchase such products, you hereby confirm that you are over 18 years of age.

3. Conditions of payment and prices
Payment at the online shop is possible by credit card only. Postal charges are subject to the general obligatory tariffs of the Swiss Post and its services and offers inside and outside Switzerland.

4. Delivery
Seven accepts no liability whatsoever for late or non-delivery of products resulting from a wrong delivery address, the absence of the recipient or customs problems.

5. Inspection of goods
The purchaser must inspect goods upon receipt to ensure completeness. If goods are found to be defect or incomplete, Seven must be notified within 3 working days following delivery. Deficiencies entitle you to a replacement delivery. If the deficiency is not rectified through a replacement delivery, a reduction of the purchase price can be agreed or the contract cancelled by reciprocal agreement. In the case of perishable goods, such as cakes, pastries etc., guarantee claims expire after the sell-by-date.

6. Data protection
Data compiled during the ordering process will be used exclusively for the purpose of fully processing and completing an order and will not be passed on to third parties.

7. Copyrights & legal information
We reserve all rights (text, photographs and graphics) on the website www.seven-ascona.ch. The entire contents may be not be copied, published, nor used for personal purposes, either in whole or in part, without the written consent of the Seven Ascona management. Seven provides no guarantee for the accuracy of its website, as for example false or incomplete information.
