The Seven Asia, situated right in the pedestrian zone, serves Asian delicacies such as sushi, freshly prepared teppanyaki and Thai specialities, available also as take-aways.
The collaboration of the Japonese Chef Makoto with the young local Chef, Pablo Ratti, results in an interesting combination of traditional Japanese culture and regional flavours, particularly at the teppanyaki table. Ivo Adam takes care of the creative direction, while Michael Bergen, the restaurant manager, applies it in the restaurant.
